Hurricane Bongs

The Hurricane Bong is a state-of-the-art water pipe that is manufactured by skilled glass artisans in Austria. All varieties of the hurricane feature atleast 3 air-jets along the walls of the bong that cause the smoke to rise in a spiral motion forcing the tar and other particulates in the smoke to collect at the air-jet's entrance. As a result the smoke is much smoother and the bong fills much quicker than traditional bongs. Other useful features include the ashcatcher that prevents burnt matter from entering the main chamber and a carb hole that allows the smoke to be cleared without removing the bowl.

There are 4 sizes available and are measured by their internal volume ranging from 250 ccm to 1000 ccm. Choose a model below to see the available finishes for that size.

Air-Jets

hurricane air-jets

Every hurricane bong features 3 or 6 air-jet punctures along the walls of the bong. These jets are what give the hurricane bong its name. As air is sucked through the bong, smoke rises in a spiral fashion along the inner wall filtering tar particles out of the smoke providing a smoother, cleaner smoking experience for the user.

Ashcatcher

hurricane ashcatcher

All hurricane bongs come with an ashcatcher. The purpose of an ashcatcher is to prevent ash and solid matter from entering the main chamber of the bong by catching it in the water of the ashcatcher bubble. The ashcatcher helps keep the water in the main chamber cleaner and some users report that the smoke is much fresher and smoother tasting.

Carb / Rush

hurricane carb

The nickel sized hole on the base of hurricane bongs is a carb (or rush). When smoking a hurricane, the user must cover the carb with his or her finger while filling the bong with smoke. When they are ready to enhale the smoke or "clear" the bong, they simply remove their finger and enhale. The addition of a carb takes away much of the hassle of removing the bowl from the bong to clear the smoke.

Customer Testimonial

"After breaking three expensive glass bongs I decided to find something more durable. I bought a hurricane 1000 and was truely amazed, the construction quality is like nothing I have ever seen and it is the smoothest hitting bong I have ever smoked out of. My hurricane has survived several high drops and was worth every penny."
- Eliott R. from New York City, NY

"The first time I laid eyes on a hurricane, I knew I had to have one for myself. It was absolutely the most beautiful bong I had ever seen. When I opened the package containing my hurricane and ripped my first bowl pack I was truly amazed. Im never buying another bong again. "
- Charles B. from Venice, CA

"My hurricane seriously kicks ass. Everyone who has smoked with it is blown away. It got kind of dirty after a while, but it was very easy to clean. The ashcatcher is freaking awesome and I love how balanced it sits on a flat surface."
- Christina V. from Lowell, MA

"Over the last few years I have collected thousands of dollars worth of expensive glass bongs. I recently purchased a goldeneye hurricane and was so impressed that I have since decided to sell all of my other bongs. I think it's safe to say that hurricanes are the ferraris of bongs."
- James M. from Austin, TX
